Student Group Health Insurance
All full-time students must enroll in a special group health
insurance plan or sign a waiver indicating they have coverage.
This insurance program has been specifically designed for DeVry
students by The Mega Life and Health Insurance Company. There are
two annual cost options depending on the benefit plan selected
and when the insurance is purchased. The policy premium must be
paid in full at the time of purchase; monthly or quarterly
installments are not permitted. This policy protects the student
twenty-four (24) hours a day whether or not he/she is enrolled as
a current student, on vacation, or in another state. This plan
also provides the option of family coverage for spouse and dependent
children.
An enrollment form, policy information and a claim form are
available through the Student Services Office.
